DIRECTION TO USE:
Add a scoop (given inside the container) in to 180 to 220ml.
Water, fat free milk or other suitable beverage of choice.
Shake well and consume it.
HOW TO USE:
Replacement of the three meals of the day with Meal;
Replacement Protein Shake every.
REPLACE YOUR MEALS AS FOLLOW:
Breakfast - 1 Scoop
Lunch - 2 Scoops
Dinner - 3 Scoops
