Dinner idea for tonight
Ingredients

4 artichokes, garlic, parsley, 1 large can tuna in oil drained very well, 1 fish cube, capers, 2 olives, 2 slices slimex bread made into breadcrumbs, spinach, herbs and spices.

Directions

Make a mixture using the garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, capers, olives, anchovies and tuna, herbs and spices, stuff the artichokes and cook in a deep pan with some water and 1 fish cube cokk for 30 min , add 1 kilo spinach and cook for 15 min more.

serves 4 persons.
