Rice Salad
Dinner Idea for this week
Ingredients:-
100 grams rice
1 egg
2 anchovies
3 olives
tomatoes
beatruts
cucamber
coloured pepers

Method:-
Boil water and add 100 grams of rice & one egg, slice 2 anchovies, 3 olives, tomatoes beatruts, cucamber, coloured pepers. Place everything in a big bowl add a tablespoon corn and one tablespoon kapers. Mix the rice, the chopped egg and one tablespoon light mayo.
